When I went to see the movie premiere of Because of Winn-Dixie, I saw some things that were awesome. I really like the plot. Opal moved to a town and was very lonely. When she went to the Winn-Dixie (a grocery store) to get some food, a dog came in and changed her life forever. She named the dog Winn-Dixie.
Later in the movie when Winn-Dixie ran away, I was afraid he would be gone for good. He helped bring happiness and togetherness back to the town of Naiomi, but most importantly, he was Opal's best friend. I loved that Winn-Dixie really cared about Opal enough to come back.
All in all, the movie was awesome and I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends. I may even go see it again myself!

My favorite part of the movie was when Winn-Dixie almost ran away. I liked it because it kept me in suspense. I stayed even when I had to really use the restroom! It was a very interesting and funny movie. I think that the author wrote this book to let everyone know that change can be good, and that everyone needs change in their life once in a while. I also think that the author is telling everyone that they need a good friend in their life.
I hope the author writes another book. I am glad that I had the opportunity to see the sneak preview. I have recommended the book and the movie to all of my friends.
